  3. Directory Listings

    Paid directory listings are available for businesses. We make no guarantees about the results or success of directory listings and are not responsible for any transactions between users and listed businesses.

  4. Business Member Conditions


    By becoming a Business Member, your business (“Business” or “You”) agree to the following terms when providing exclusive discounts to members of the InReading portal (“InReading”):

    4.1 Accuracy and Truthfulness

    a) The Business guarantees that all details, descriptions, and information posted on the InReading portal’s directories are truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any manner.

    b) The Business assumes full responsibility for the validity of information provided and understands that any misrepresentation may lead to consequences, including but not limited to removal from the portal and potential legal action.

    4.2 Updating Information

    a) The Business commits to promptly updating any and all details on the InReading portal’s directories to ensure they remain current and accurate.

    b) If any significant changes occur in the Business’s operations, services, or products, it is the responsibility of the Business to reflect these changes on the InReading portal within [e.g., “30”] days of such changes.

    4.3 Verification

    InReading retains the right to verify the accuracy of any details posted by the Business at any time. If any inaccuracies are identified, InReading will notify the Business, and the Business agrees to correct such inaccuracies within a specified time frame.

    4.5 Exclusive Discounts

    a) The Business agrees to provide an exclusive discount of a specified percentage or amount on certain products or services to InReading members.

    b) These discounts will be exclusive to InReading members and will not be available elsewhere, whether online or offline.

    4.6 Verification of Membership

    InReading shall provide a mechanism for the Business to verify the membership of individuals claiming to be InReading members to ensure the exclusive discounts are provided only to eligible members.

    4.7 Duration of Offer

    The discount offers submitted by the Business will be available to InReading members for the duration specified by the Business or until the Business chooses to terminate or modify the offer.

    4.8 Legally Binding Offer

    The Business agrees and acknowledges that the discounts provided on the InReading portal are legally enforceable offers and shall be honored for all eligible transactions with InReading members during the validity of the offer.

     

  5. Sales of Local Products

    We facilitate the sale of products on behalf of local businesses. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listed items.

  6. Third-Party Content

    Our Services may include content, data, information, applications, or materials from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). We do not have control over, and assume no responsibility for, Third-Party Content.

  7. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, text, designs, icons, and photographs, that are part of the Services are copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by us or by third parties.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    In no event will we, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless inReading, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or fees resulting from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services.

  11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
